We specialize in the manufacturing of turning parts built in
into hydraulic units. Our company is a principal supplier of
the above-mentioned parts for the Italian
company "Contarini Leopoldo Srl."
From 2008 the company is part of the consorcium
INTERPUMP GROUP - ITALIA
Some Facts about Copa Hydrosystem:
- Our company is established in 1998.
- We have 45 employees and we operate under a
- two-shift production regime.
- Monthly output: 85 000 parts up to 200mm
- 80% of our output is exported, 20% is marketed domestically.
Our Machine Park consists of:
- Cutting band saw machines, including 2 machines with CPU; 100 000 parts/month;
- 21 lathes with CPU for turning processing, including 30% acquired within the last two years;
- Lathe with 2 mandril's ,with CPU and robotic Manipolator
- Vertical Center with CPU and 5 asses
- Additional conventional machinery for drilling and milling finishing operations.
The company produce over 800 tipes of components of
steel, alluminium and cast iron from O25 to O140
